Thoughts from the brotherhood of Brother Leroy Wilson

Leroy Wilson was my Advisor during most of my time at SHU. We butt heads
many times. I remember once after a good argument he kicked me out of his
office. However, I will say this.....he always had my back, despite our
differences. He was particularly very supportive during the problems we had
with SHU and the white fraternities during the SHU race riots in 86. He pissed
a lot of Bruhs off....but he meant well. He loved us, and he loved Omega.

Bro. Wilson showed tough love. He made sure I lived by our cardinal
principles. Nathaniel Bryant KH 90

Garrison was one of my college advisors, Bibby pledged me, Wilson and
Whitaker pledge with me with the exception of Leroy Wilson pledging with Eta
Pi who was our advising chapter. All four of these brothers influence me in my
college experience and life. All four of these brothers left this world too early.
I pray that we will see them again!

Bro. Wilson(Omega Chapter) I knew well. He loved Omega and was very
protective of Kappa Eta. He was a good brother and tough Corridor Rep. Bro
Whitaker(Omega Chapter) I knew . He was not only a great brother, but a
good man. I loved speaking with him as he often brought energy to any spot
he occupied. I was greatly saddened when I learned of his passing.

Brother Leroy Wilson is one that I cannot forget. Educated me on Omega
secrets, serious and knowledgeable.
