My going over night: personified.
Funniest Moment:
As a freshman at Seton Hall in 1987, I befriended
fellow freshman Cornell Fraites and Said El Hag and
they led me to Omega. These two were completely
sold on Omega, so for months they lectured me on the
history, former members and what pledging would be
like. We even had our own sets to try to simulate the
pledging experience. Taking orders was always tough
for me, so I had to overcome that challenge. However,
I embraced the opportunity to prove to myself that I
could achieve any goal set before me.

Another major factor for me was brother Marlon Prince.
Marlon was the only Que on the yard at the time.
Marlon had a significant impact on me through his
positivity attitude and confidence. He was respected on
the campus as a leader. Soon after meeting Marlon,
my decision was made and my resolve was firm, there
was nothing that would keep me from being an Omega
                      Man.
The night we crossed I recall a feeling of pure joy
mixed with excitement about the future. I really tried
to appreciate what was going on around me and
embrace the moment, but I could not slow the
                      moment.
This is one of the strangest and funniest stories from
when we were on line. Late one night around 4:00am,
we were heading home from a set and my car ran out
of gas on Central Avenue in East Orange. The street
was deserted. Half asleep, I jumped out of the car and
told the brothers I would walk and get help. The
