removed i remember seeing my line brothers with tears
Biggest Challenge:
Impact on Campus: in their eyes and mine and just the realization that this
                      was accomplished.
That may have been when we all got upset with our #1
and basically everyone held him down and let off some
steam then made him sleep on a dresser and by
morning he was still on the dresser.
                      1. When there was a racial incident it was great to see
the black community look to us to be leaders during
that time. I was invited to talk school radio to discuss
                      some of the tensions etc.

2)We had a large step show and we made enough
money to buy jackets for everyone.

3)We also tutored a after school program in newark
                      and that was very rewarding.
Our reputation comes to mind. Although on one hand
the allure of the frat was these guys are tough we also
wanted to be intelligent, respectable and select other
Men that knows how to carry that balance. I think we
overcame it by our selection of individuals etc
i think we were a group people felt would be there to
help fight or support a cause. When there was a female
assualted on campus we provided protection for
females for late classes as a group we posted a flyer
advising we would be standing gaurd at sections from

the classes to the dorm areas. We all wore our jackets
                      during that time etc.
